Years ago I met a very wealthy man (name withheld because you wouldn't believe me anyway) who said he always operated from his version of that saying which he advised me to do the same.
It is "If it sounds too good to be true, it might be, but at least check it out, it may be the greatest deal ever."
That is why I'm posting an email I got yesterday from a good friend of mine.
(Truth be told, I told her that she should charge at least
$2000 for this with all the expert information and her time involved but she said no).
